Payment and Booking Terms
The Site may allow you to request information or schedule viewings. We do not currently process payments or bookings directly through the Site. If this changes in the future, you will be notified of additional terms governing payments, refunds, and cancellations. In all cases, any deposit or payment toward a unit will be subject to a separate purchase or lease agreement.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Mohave County, Arizona, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
